I’m Ilias and I am passionate about cooking and especially about Cretan cuisine. I grew up in one of the most wonderful places of Crete – in Falassarna. My parents had a tavern and my mother was cooking there everyday. The recipes my mother prepares are traditional and she learned them from her mother. When she is cooking, she is in her element and so do I.
Cretan cuisine is known as one of the healthiest of the world. It’s the variety of local produce as fresh vegetables and fruits, unique cheeses, wild greens, fresh fish as well as the famous olive oil that makes the Cretan cuisine so special.
Our cooking course is a hands-on experience and shows you authentic Cretan recipes. While cooking with friends or meeting new people you discover the preparation of traditional dishes. Afterwards you enjoy the meal in a cosy atmosphere.
We cook various menus and can adjust it to your preferences.
The meal will be a five-course-menu including salad and dessert. Drinks also are included
